Using Sidequest
You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and use Sidequest only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the service, evade quest rules, misuse another person's account, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
Quests and prizes
Quest creators are responsible for their quest content, eligibility rules, prizes, winner contact, and prize fulfillment. Sidequest provides the platform and does not sponsor or guarantee prizes offered by independent creators unless expressly stated.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for activity under your account. Additional eligibility requirements may apply to a specific quest based on its rules and applicable law. We may restrict participation or suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or rule violations.
Payments
Creator fees are shown before purchase and processed by our payment provider. Except where required by law or expressly stated, completed service fees are non-refundable once the associated service has been provided.
Service availability
We work to keep Sidequest available and accurate, but the service may occasionally be interrupted or changed. Location, connectivity, device settings, and third-party services can affect quest operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sidequest is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, creator conduct, unfulfilled third-party prizes, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as Sidequest evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. You may stop using Sidequest at any time, and we may suspend access when necessary to enforce these terms or protect the service.
