Creator Terms

Your responsibility

• You are authorized to run the promotion at every listed location and to offer the prizes described.
• You are responsible for accurate quest content, lawful operation, staff access, winner contact, and every valid prize claim.
• You must comply with applicable promotion, contest, privacy, consumer protection, and accessibility laws.

Prize requirements

• Prizes must be discounts, goods, or services valued under $100 USD per prize unless Sidequest approves otherwise.
• Prizes must be available as advertised and fulfilled within the stated claim period.
• Quest content and prizes must not involve gambling, alcohol, tobacco, adult content, illegal activity, or other inappropriate material.

Participation and locations

• Raffles, surveys, traffic quests, recharge quests, and map quests must not require a purchase to participate.
• Map locations must be safe, publicly accessible, and not require payment or a reservation to access.
• Punch card creators and staff must honor valid redemptions shown by Sidequest.

Data and staff access

Use participant information only to operate the quest, provide support, contact winners, and fulfill prizes. Do not request sensitive personal information through survey questions. Keep employee authorization codes private and remove access when it is no longer needed.

Review and enforcement

Sidequest may review, reject, suspend, or remove quests that violate these terms, create risk, or generate credible complaints. Creators remain responsible for resolving participant and prize disputes.
